Dilandra Singh Pundir – Dono e Chef

Um pouco sobre o Chef D

Chef Dilandra Singh Pundir nasceu em 1975 no norte da Índia. Ele começou a sua carreira em Mumbai em 1994.

Após 5 anos trabalhando em Mumbai, Dilandra mudou-se para a Suíça e trabalhou no Mövenpick Hotel Geneva por dois anos.

Ampliando ainda mais sua experiência internacional, o Chef D também trabalhou na Alemanha de 2001 a 2010.

Ele começou a sua exploração de Portugal no final de 2010, trabalhando em Cascais.

Em 2017, com o sonho de possuir o seu próprio restaurante, finalmente uma possibilidade, Dilandra começou sua vida no Restaurante Maharani, na Praia da Areia Branca e em 2019 também o Maharani em Peniche.

O nosso Chef (carinhosamente conhecido como “Chef D”) traz seus anos de experiência internacional para a Maharani e para SI!
